In its 5th year in business, Rotation Records, a Norristown based company that provides full-service recording, production, songwriting, videos, live concerts, events and more, prepares to open its new location on the 200 Block of Dekalb Street. The company's CEO, Joe Staiber says the new location will double capacity, reduce wait times for artists, increase capabilities and bring a great new vibe to the theater district in Norristown. "We are beyond excited to introduce our clients and the community to this new State of the Art facility. We have spent the last six months planning, designing every detail and building a space that will bring LA and New York quality to downtown Norristown" says Staiber.
On October 14th, 2017, the company will open its doors to the public from 12 pm - 7 pm for an Open House, Studio Tours, and refreshments. Meet the team and take advantage of discounted rates that will be offered to those that book the new facility on Saturday. The Open House coincides with the first annual Norristown Music Fest and Car Show taking place outside on Main Street between Arch Street & Dekalb Streets. There will be family fun, live music, a beer garden, drinks and more, hosted by another new exciting business in the arts district, Five Saint's Distillery along with World Cafe Live.
This new studio will boast a dramatic entrance, a comfortable artist lounge area, a very large control room, an isolation booth and an extra large live room fit for the biggest and best bands in the area; as well as those in the area on tour that need a home. Every aspect of studio detail was designed in from the ground up, including air gapped walls, acoustics design and top-notch audio and recording gear. Rotation Records has long since enjoyed a reputation for quality and customer service, and this new location will only solidify that reputation. Rotation, VP of Operations, Rochelle Jensen said, "We are really looking forward to meeting new faces, hearing new talent and getting our clients scheduled quicker and more efficiently in our new downtown location."
Rotation Records has been a part of the Norristown community since its inception, and that will continue through our work the Norristown Schools, local charities and providing a creative outlet for the townships kids through our youth programs.
